Friends, This tutorial will only work, if your Android Phone had connected to your PC previously, So refreshing USB Ports can only Re-Establish this connectivity, and your Phone will connect Again.... How ever if your Phone is never connected to your PC and shows Charge Only Than follow Scenario No 2 Instead.
Scenario No 2
First, Connect your Phone...Go to control Panel...Hardware and Sound....Devices and Printers.... Here you see your Phone USB Port Icon with yellow Exclamation Mark...So Right Click over it and click Troubleshoot....Make sure you are connected to the Internet....wait for the process to complete...Windows will search and install missing drivers over the internet...so it will take some time....once its done...Windows will ask you to Reboot Your Computer, So Just Reboot your Machine and your Phone Should Be able to connect to your Computer....
