CTET Syllabus : The Central Government of India is going to be conducting Teacher Eligibility Test. Candidates those who are completed B. Ed Degree will no longer be enough to become a school Teacher. Applicant will now have to clear an eligibility test with at least 60% marks to able to teach at any private or government schools.
The Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) will be conducted once a year separately by the state government and the centre. In the next few weeks may states are going to start the recruitment process. The information about CTET Syllabus is mentioned below
Syllabus for this examination: All questions in CTET test will be Multiple Choice Questions, each carrying one mark, with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct. There will be no negative marks. There will be two papers of CTET. Paper I will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes 1 to 5. Paper II will be for a person who intents to be a teacher for classes 6 to 8.
Paper I for classes 1 to 5 duration of examination is one and half hours there is 150 Multiple Choice Questions given there will be 150 marks. CTET Syllabus is (1) Child Development and Pedagogy – 30 questions and 30 marks, (2) Language I – 30 questions and 30 marks, (3) Language II – 30 questions and 30 marks (4) Mathematics – 30 questions and 30 marks, (5) Environment Studies – 30 questions and 30 marks, the overall total is 150 questions and 150 marks.
Paper II for classes 6 to 8 duration of examination is one and half hours there is 210 Multiple Choice Questions given there will be 210 marks. CTET Syllabus is
(1) Child Development and Pedagogy (Compulsory) – 30 questions and 30 marks,
(2) Language I (Compulsory) – 30 questions and 30 marks,
(3) Language II (Compulsory) – 30 questions and 60 marks,
(4) a) for mathematics and Science teacher – 60 questions and 60 marks
b) for Social Studies/Social Science teacher – 60 questions and 60 marks.
