Eligibility Criteria (As on 1st January 2024)
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree from a recognized university/institute.
- Proficiency in the local language of the applied region is mandatory.
- Preference for domiciles of the respective area.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 28 years
- Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per Government norms.
- Experience:
- No prior job experience or prior apprenticeship allowed.
Training Period and Salary Structure
- Training Duration: 1 year (360 days)
- Stipend: ₹10,500 per month, inclusive of:
- ₹1,500 disbursed via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
- ₹1,250 as conveyance allowance.
- Additional Benefits:
- No entitlement to other allowances like DA or HRA.
- On-the-job training from 10 AM to 5 PM, aligning with the bank's work schedule.
Selection Process
Online Written Test:
- Subjects Covered:
- General Awareness & English Comprehension – 50 questions (50 marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning – 50 questions (50 marks)
- Duration: 60 minutes (1 hour)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deduction for wrong answers.
Merit List:
- Prepared district-wise based on performance.
- Tie-breaker based on age priority (older candidates ranked higher).
Document Verification:
- Candidates must produce original documents for verification.
